Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Gallatin, TN is hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGMIT). This accelerated program develops future leaders who will guide daily operations, coach teams, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, national brand environment.

You will work with a Certified Trainer to learn operations, performance analytics, staffing, and maintenance skills, with the goal of stepping into a General Manager role at your own location in the future.

We are hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGMIT) – this accelerated development program is designed to prepare you for the Assistant General Manager position. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced Certified Trainer to:

You are a great fit for the Assistant General Manager in Training position if you:

• Bring proven leadership experience—at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment.
• Understand high-volume retail or service operations, including how to deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences.
• Take initiative and lead by example, modeling our values while driving performance, motivation, and accountability on your team.
• Excel at coaching and developing others, giving clear feedback, building confidence, and helping team members grow into new responsibilities.
