Job summary

Mister Car Wash is hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training to fast-track leadership development within our nationwide expansion. You’ll work with a Certified Trainer to master daily operations, team development, staffing, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

This accelerated program prepares you to assume an Assistant General Manager role, with potential to lead a location as General Manager in the future.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience—at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations, from opening/closing routines to quality, safety, and maintaining site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet quality expectations.
• Program prepares you to step into the Assistant General Manager role and eventually lead your own location as GM.
