Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites Perris is seeking a property leader responsible for supporting all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, and revenue generation. The role assists the General Manager in leading the team and implementing property-wide strategies.

A strong candidate will verify brand standards, manage departments, uphold safety and compliance, and build relationships with key customers while contributing to the sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of related guest services experience.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree with 2 years of related experience in guest services.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the operation, including guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Verify brand standards are maintained across all property areas.
• Manage the operation of all property departments.
• Promote standard operating procedures and open communication with staff.
• Oversee safety, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Review financial statements and staffing to optimize cost and revenue.
• Lead by example and coach staff to meet guest expectations.

Education
