Responsibilities

• Collaborative Leadership: Direct daily operations with in-store leadership to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Team Development: Recruit, coach, mentor, and supervise FOH/BOH staff; conduct reviews and growth plans.
• Guest Focus: Greet guests, build relationships, handle concerns, and ensure delight.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee shifts, enforce policies, maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Performance Driven: Help set and achieve sales targets and cost controls.
• Strategic Planning: Assist with budgeting, menu development, and marketing initiatives.
• Clear Communication: Convey objectives and changes to all team members.
• Problem Solving: Address issues timely and effectively.
