Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a committed Restaurant General Manager to lead operations in a high-volume environment. You will supervise and coach your team, oversee inventory, quality, and safety, and drive financial performance to meet profitability targets.

You will uphold Shake Shack standards of hospitality and community engagement across the restaurant. This role requires strong leadership, experience with P&L ownership, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations with prior P&L responsibilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
