Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our busy airport cafe in San Antonio. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead a team, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You should bring 2–4 years of management experience, a hands-on leadership style, and a passion for hospitality. Bilingual ability is a plus; the role offers a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FOH/BOH management in a high-volume restaurant.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Experience with inventory, scheduling, and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-service operations in a high-volume cafe.
• Recruit, train, and develop team while upholding safety standards.
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and vendor relationships to optimize profitability.
