Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to deliver exceptional guest service and lead a multi-department team in a dynamic hotel environment. The role supports the General Manager in overseeing maintenance, F&B, accounting, HR and overall property operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance.

The ideal candidate will drive brand standards, manage staffing, and develop staff while maintaining a safe, welcoming property for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations and frontline leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, asset protection, guest service, sales, F&B, accounting and HR in collaboration with department heads.
• Ensure brand standards and hotel policies are followed across all areas of operation.
• Monitor guest service scores and implement improvements as needed.
• Lead staff scheduling to meet business needs and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members; hire and train to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure all safety, sanitation, and training requirements are completed on time.
