Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with training, recruiting, HR, administrative duties, and financial statements; support GM with guest inquiries.
• Direct opening and closing shifts to deliver exceptional guest and staff experiences.
• Lead hourly and management teams and uphold the Culture of Caring.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Assist GM in managing costs and driving sales toward goals.
• Collaborate with GM to hire, onboard, train, and supervise BOH staff.
• Perform inventories and manage food/bev supplies and deliveries.
