You will lead a management team, coach staff, and ensure quality control while managing budgets and forecasts. A strong emphasis on customer service and a guest-first mindset is required.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring diverse groups of people.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Positive, professional conduct and appearance.
• Enjoys fast-paced, high-performance retail environments.
• Guest-first mindset.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.
• Able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods.
• Able to work in hot/cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and core sales mix while coaching for excellent customer service.
• Build team engagement and efficiency through coaching and internal training.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Handle inventory, cash processes, guest issues, and collaborate with District Manager on initiatives.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a safe, presentable service center.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when GM is off.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to achieve business goals.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Uphold safety and productive work environment standards.
• Assist guests with questions in person, electronically, or by phone.
