KBP Bells in New York is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a guest-focused team, and uphold our standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and inventory while driving profitability and ensuring safety compliance. This role offers growth opportunities within the KBP Brands network and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain Taco Bell's standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
