Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Cranbury Township, NJ, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead our teams across food brands.

You will supervise non-management staff, coach shifts, ensure brand standards, manage cash, resolve customer issues, and help build positive relationships while maintaining a safe, inviting guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management staff, assign work, coach, and develop shift supervisors.
• Operate in the absence of the general manager with sound judgment.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure smooth store operations.
