Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Available for early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develop understanding to General Manager level within a year.
• Create joyful store environments and teaching the team to do the same.
• Hit sales goals through speed and service while on shift.
• Lead on problem resolution with calmness and listening to understand.
• Manage cash-handling policies and safeguard store funds.
• Handle orders, inventory, waste, and date rotation.
• Develop a holistic view of store success from shift to district.
