Qualifications

• Experience leading guest-service teams in a restaurant setting.
• Proven ability to hire, train, motivate and develop staff.
• Experience reading and interpreting financial statements, sales reports and performance data.
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members; coaching and mentoring.
• Knowledge of inventory, scheduling, labor management and P&L is desirable.
