Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Olathe, KS is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our service center’s daily operations and drive sales while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

As AGM you will work closely with the GM, coach technicians and CSAs, manage inventory and scheduling, monitor safety and quality, and participate in budgeting and performance reviews to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proven leadership ability to inspire diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and sales mix
• Develop teammates through coaching and internal trainings
• Ensure quality controls and safety procedures
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls
