Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring diverse groups.
• Strong understanding of retail industry and business objectives.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and sales performance.
• Lead and coach the team through training and direction.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations with the District Manager.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and presents well to guests.
• Lead daily huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
