Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent and all required documents per state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules and staffing levels.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Provide coaching and development to staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Uphold health inspections and drive the fun, family environment.
