Miss J’s Cafe is seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations. The AGM ensures the smooth and efficient running of the diner, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and supporting a positive and motivated team environment.

The AGM will lead daily operations, supervise front- and back-of-house staff, manage inventory and costs, and uphold health

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/assistant management in restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and basic operations.
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and assist with opening/closing procedures.
