Miss J’s Cafe in Texas is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, and lead a motivated team.

You will oversee service, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls, with a focus on smooth dining room and kitchen operations, staff development, and delivering excellent hospitality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant management role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures.
