Salary: $72,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with the profitability of the store.
• Utilize Earls’ selection, development, and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience.
• Own all front-of-house routines, systems, and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability.
• Improve results by developing action plans with the leadership team.
• Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager.
