Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by leading shifts, meeting Taco Bell standards, and guiding team members. You will own inventory, financial accountability, and safe, high-quality food service while maintaining a welcoming environment for staff and customers.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a desire to develop leadership abilities within a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Competenze

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Strong math and accounting skills and decision-making ability.
