Jersey Mike's Easton is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver top-notch customer service. You will manage 3 to 7 crew members, schedule shifts, order inventory, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, maintaining cleanliness, training staff, and upholding brand standards in a busy sandwich shop environment. A proactive, energetic leader is sought.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others.
• Manage and lead crew of 3 to 7 people.
• Open and close of store; multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Create employee schedules and place inventory orders.
