Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• Flexible schedule incl weekends/holidays.
• HS diploma or equivalent; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the GM.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and train.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Support health and safety inspections and standards.
