Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service concepts.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb.
• Able to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations and financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Meet health and safety inspections and standards; set a fun, family tone.
