Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant Manager in a high-volume food-service concept.
• Ability to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing; access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality guest experiences.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staffing schedules.
• Hire, train and orientate team; coach, counsel and develop staff.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance and facility standards are met.
• Uphold health and safety inspections and standards; set a fun, family tone.
