KBP Foods (KBP Brands) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC franchise in Bryant, AR. You will lead a team, deliver guest experiences, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• P&L responsibility experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand, and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
