Job summary

KBP Brands, operating KFC restaurants, seeks an Assistant General Manager in Arkansas to drive daily operations, lead teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance, while ensuring adherence to standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
