Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager franchisee location to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts, maintaining Taco Bell standards, and ensuring high-quality service.

The role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience, strong leadership, and solid accounting and math skills, with a commitment to safety and customer service. Training and advancement opportunities are available within the franchise network.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, plus strong analytical/decision-making ability
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Responsabilidades

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties, manage inventory and ensure safety.
• Ensure financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
