Taco Bell franchisee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing shifts, inventory control, and financial accountability. You will lead Team Members and Shift Managers, ensure safety and quality standards, and foster a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include duty completion, inventory management, and upholding Taco Bell standards while maintaining a safe place for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills and basic business math
• Ability to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand 80% of shift
• Background checks required for management positions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
