Job summary

KBP Foods, owner of KFC restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at a busy location. You will train staff, schedule shifts, and coach teams to deliver outstanding guest service while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. You will drive profitability through labor and food cost controls and help foster a positive, high‑performing work culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as an Assistant General Manager or similar in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality, preparation, and presentation; enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
