Applegreen seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and ensure smooth daily operations at our Mount Laurel Township location. This role offers entry-level management exposure with opportunities to learn judgment and discretion in business decisions.

You will lead, coach, and develop shifts supervisors, drive performance, and maintain brand standards while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with sharp business acumen.
• 2+ years of experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and shifts supervisors.
• Step in to perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff during low morale and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure policies, brand standards, and cash handling procedures are followed.
