Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-food.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and restaurant management software.
