Beck Suppliers, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in daily store operations and team performance. The AGM acts as leader when GM is away, ensuring standards, procedures, and guest service excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer and system skills (POS, email, reporting tools)
• Strong communication and direction giving
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability
• ServSafe Level 1 Certification after hire; company supports

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting general manager when GM is absent
• Set and adjust shift priorities and communicate expectations
• Work with team to guide and complete tasks efficiently
• Reinforce policies, safety practices, and a respectful environment
• Support staffing needs and document performance concerns
• Ensure smooth daily ops across retail, fuel, and kitchen (where applicable)
• Maintain standards and deliver strong guest service
• Complete cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and gas price monitoring
• Complete reports accurately
• Resolve guest concerns promptly
