Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer and system skills (POS, email, reporting tools).
• Strong communication and clear direction.
• Level 1 ServSafe Certification after hire; company support provided.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the acting general manager when the GM is not in the store.
• Set and adjust shift priorities, communicate expectations for operations and guest service.
• Guide and complete tasks with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Reinforce company policies, safety practices, and maintain a respectful environment.
• Support staffing needs, document performance concerns, and partner with GM/HR.
• Ensure daily operations across retail, fuel, and kitchen while delivering strong guest service.
• Maintain store standards (CABS, FREDDY) and manage cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and gas pricing.
• Complete reports accurately and resolve guest concerns promptly.
