Job summary

Beck Suppliers is seeking a General Manager to serve as both cultural and operational leader of the store. You will oversee retail, kitchen, and fueling operations, ensuring Wicked Awesome Customer Service, Clean and Bright Stores, and Fresh, Delicious, and Ready food standards.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach, onboard, and develop the AGM and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining schedule adherence and budget goals. The role requires flexible hours and strong leadership across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading teams in retail or foodservice preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to coach, onboard, and develop staff.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations across retail, kitchen, and fueling while upholding brand standards.
• Maintain daily operations, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and labor management.
• Develop and mentor the AGM for leadership continuity.
• Manage vendor relationships and inventories.
• Support the team with coaching and conflict resolution.
