Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, inventory, cost control, and menu development.

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, including finances, personnel, and guest relations.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that motivates team members and drives success.
