Job summary

ELIA GROUP's Kane Brown’s on Broadway in Nashville seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, guest service, and team leadership across front-of-house and back-of-house. You will work with the General Manager on financial oversight, budgeting, and strategies to boost revenue while ensuring top-quality dining experiences and strict safety standards.

This role requires 5+ years in high-volume hospitality management and a passion for creating memorable guest

Qualifications

5+ years in high-volume restaurant and fine dining management.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations for front-of-house and back-of-house.
Develop and execute plans to meet business goals and maximize profitability.
Recruit, train, and manage staff, upholding high service standards.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a consistent presence on the floor to engage with guests and ensure satisfaction.
Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost containment strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and implement promotional strategies.
