Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Madison, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our service center management team. You will drive revenue and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences daily, under the guidance of the GM.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication skills, and a proactive leadership style to develop staff and improve store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire diverse groups.
• Understanding of retail industry and financial objectives.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth through guest count and sales metrics.
• Lead, develop, and coach teammates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure quality control and safety procedures are followed.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations in collaboration with DM.
