LUV Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support site operations, help build a winning team, and drive our mission forward at a busy Los Angeles location.

You will lead daily operations, ensure safety protocols, recruit and develop teammates, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining efficiency and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Moderate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of car wash experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct cars into the wash tunnels.
• Carry out visual inspections of vehicles before sending them into the tunnel.
• Perform cleaning of facility and keep organized.
• Monitor inventory and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Follow cash handling procedures including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
