Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to own a site, build a winning team, and advance our mission. You will lead daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and drive membership sales while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, managing budgets with the District Manager, and partnering with HR to handle disciplinary matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years management experience.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Experience in car wash or automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop all teammates.
• Create a culture of accountability within your site for LUV’s operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding, orientation and training processes for all new teammates; stay up to date on process changes.
• Provide ongoing development and counseling to AGMs and high-potential hourly teammates.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary issues including investigations and terminations.
• Drive local volume and sales through community outreach and marketing efforts.
• Plan and forecast budgets with the District Manager.
• Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission of commissions.
• Maintain site safety and compliance with regulations.
• Create weekly schedules and manage site labor to LUV standards.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
