Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving sales mix.
• Lead and develop teammates through training, coaching, and performance direction.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are followed consistently.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction and goals.
• Oversee inventory management and product ordering to meet business needs.
• Provide guidance to technicians and CSAs and mentor the team.
• Handle opening/closing duties and guest inquiries as needed.
