The role focuses on leading operations, guest relations, and staff supervision to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic casino-resort environment.

The candidate will drive guest satisfaction, manage scheduling and budgets, and ensure adherence to policies while collaborating with teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality-related role.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license (if applicable).
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
