Job summary

Luna Grill in Celina, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help launch our newest location and lead a team that delivers memorable guest experiences every shift.

Join a fast casual, people-first culture with growth opportunities as we expand in Texas. The role focuses on supporting the GM, coaching FOH/BOH, and upholding food safety and brand standards in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume or fast-casual settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural coach who brings out the best in a team.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in daily operations and shift leadership.
• Train, coach, and motivate FOH and BOH team members.
• Step up as manager-on-duty, owning guest experience and team performance.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep service flowing.

Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for an energetic Assistant General Manager to help launch our newest location and lead a team that delivers memorable guest experiences every shift.
