Job summary

Luna Grill in Forney, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to set the tone for each shift, lead the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will manage daily front‑of‑house operations, coach staff, and collaborate with the kitchen to keep service smooth and guests satisfied.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or leadership role in a high volume or fast casual environment required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Hands-on leader who leads by example
• Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
