Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze P&L statements.
• Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY and DIFM customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle complaints promptly.
• Oversee scheduling and manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• Lead safety, opening/closing duties and task assignments.
