Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with daily operations to ensure revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach teams; run effective daily huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and expense controls in area of responsibility.
• Support budgeting, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards.
• Provide guidance to technicians and front-line staff; open/close duties as needed.
