Job summary

Arby’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, guest service, and team performance.

You will work hands-on, coach staff, manage staffing, training, and scheduling, and step into the General Manager’s role in their absence, with opportunities to advance to General Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and inspire team members
• Solid understanding of customer service, food safety, and restaurant operations
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
