Qualifications

• Two or more years management experience required.
• Experience as a certified lifeguard, coach, or childcare provider preferred.
• Two or more years as a swimming instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations ensuring standards are met.
• Manage staff productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Train staff to provide superior swim instruction.
• Market the program effectively.
• Assist with booking, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
