Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is hiring a High-Energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences. You'll coach staff, resolve issues, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will partner with the General Manager, manage team scheduling, and ensure a positive guest experience while modeling J Team Service Standards during lube services.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Clear communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services
• Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away
