Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube in Plano, TX is seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager to drive daily operations, coaching a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong sales results.

You’ll support the GM, model J Team Service Standards, and ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to confidently use computers and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe, operational environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Lead by example using J Team Service Standards while performing services.
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Take full ownership of operations when the GM is away.
