Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales results, and coach a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will support the GM, manage service standards, and own the operation in the GM's absence, ensuring safety, compliance, and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Clear communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment.
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures.
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.

• Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away.
